We offer services to clients in a variety of industries who have a need for Information Technology professionals and those in related disciplines. Our specialty allows us to successfully identify and place IT professionals from mid-level technical candidates to C-level executives within our client companies.

Kim Kirby has been in the Recruiting industry since 1993 after receiving a B.S Degree in Management with a concentration in Human Resources from John Carroll University in Cleveland, Ohio.

Kim’s first experience with recruiting was within a large regional health insurer in the Employee Relations department. Then in 1994 she began working for a third party recruiter focusing on engineering and manufacturing. In 1997 Kim joined a start-up firm that introduced her to Information Technology recruitment. While there, she grew a regional territory from zero sales to over one million dollars in revenue within the first year and a half. Then in 2006, Kim established Balanced Career Solutions. She continues to provide the best possible service to both her clients and candidates with honesty and integrity.
